EASTER UPDATE
Happy Easter from Adie, Abilene, and Adams, Jeff. And Batman.
Take two. Or maybe take one?
We fed the missionaries, and they hid the Easter eggs for the kids to find. It was the most challenging and intense Easter egg hunt ever (see that tree? yeah. there.)
Jeff tried so hard to help Charlie find his eggs. Charlie just wanted to try to leave the premises. He picked up one egg and threw it.
Yep. Ain't she pretty?
Such an attractive family, eh?
Anyway.

Week Update:
We decorated Easter eggs. Decided to make one for baby Abilene. We tried to be artsy and make a heart so...
Here Adie was looking up recipes for pregnant ladies with gestational diabetes. Which we both have, btw. Tonight we cooked everyone a diabetes-friendly dinner. It was gr8.
This is the face Corli the dog makes when she knows she's going outside. Like her leash? Adie picked it out. Jeff feels really manly when he walks her around the apartments in the morning and at night. No joke.

CHECK OUT DAT BUMP, DOE.
And here's Charlie! Mean muggin'.
In other news...
Since the ward split, obviously there are plenty of spaces to be filled. Maybe it was because we're so nice to them, or because we fed them every Saturday last month, but they made Jeff the new ward mission leader. That should be a fun experience (Adie will apparently accept the calling of missionary-dinner-feeder now. Jeff says they should just be fed hot dogs every single time.). Updates to follow.
We're kinda angry at Adie's doctor's assistant lady. She's "great." Apparently reading things marked in red isn't really that necessary when it comes to gestational diabetes or cholestasis. Jeff wanted to write a strongly worded letter but there was nowhere to send an anonymous email to. So there's that. Adie now takes insulin shots morning and night.
Back to school this week. Jeff and his father-in-law have been sanding down a crib so they can paint it for Bennie. It's a manly project.
END.
